The appearance of each listing is "natural", based solely on relevant content, site design, and source code.
Organic vs. Sponsored
What's the difference between "organic" search results and the "sponsored" listings you see in the SERPS?
The natural listings are free of charge. They exist because the site is considered by the engine to be relevant.
The sponsored listings require a click-campaign service where you pay a fee every time someone clicks on your listing. This premium service also enables you to appear within the first few pages of search results, typically, if your bid to do so is high enough.
